Wow, has it been over a month?

Time does fly doesn't it? I can't believe it has been over a month since my last post. Things have been BUSY BUSY around here with finally moving Will home, rearranging stalls as we purchased yet another horse at the Mt. Hope sale in March and now do not have room to bring Wally home. Not sure what we are going to do! We'll have to see.........

Well Friday brings a rareity to our lives. Terry and I are off 2 days in a row together and will be leaving the farm in very capable hands, Abbey! Abbey is one of my students and will be graduating from high school soon and is a great hand with a horse. So she is coming in Friday afternoon and staying with the brood until we return on Sat. Where are we going you may ask...... The Indiana Haflinger Sale! Big surprise! We are going to stay in the trailer on Friday night since we will have Tess (the spoiled corgi) with us! At least we will have a couple of days together and away from the hustle and bustle of home. But I will be ready to get home come Sat.as I don't like to be away too long. Being away for 3 days for Nationals just about does me in! I am such a homebody!

As an update on things going on in our lives.....everything is normal, lessons going well, jobs are a pain (for both of us) but someday that will change. Hopefully sooner than later ;) Arena is getting back into shape and horses are starting to get worked more. We are really looking forward to getting the young ones started. Libby will be started under saddle and in harness this year while we may start Jack with driving this year also. We are still trying to decide who else besides Will, will be going to the shows with us as halter horses.
